Morrio Internship

A 4, 6, 8 or 12-week guided work simulation with an AI manager and weekly deliverables.

$49 for 4 weeks · $79 for 6 · $99 for 8 · $149 for 12

The closest thing to the experience the entry-level deadlock denies you. You are assigned to a generated company, given a manager, and handed deliverables each week — with feedback on every one.

How it works

  1. Choose a track and a length

Nine tracks: Forward Deployed Engineer, Software Engineer, Product Manager, Data Analyst, Data Scientist (ML focused), Data Engineer, UX Designer, Marketing Associate, or Strategy & Operations. Four weeks to see whether the work suits you, eight for a portfolio with range — the one most people pick — or twelve for depth in a single domain. You also set how many hours a week you can genuinely give it.

  2. Meet your company and manager

A company scenario is generated around your role track and your stated goals, with a manager persona who has opinions and a working style. Nobody else gets your version of it.

  3. Deliver weekly, and get reviewed

Real deliverables with deadlines. Your manager reviews each one with structured feedback, and pushes back when the work is thin — which is the part that makes it useful rather than comfortable.

  4. Finish with a certificate and artefacts

A record of what you produced, the feedback on it, and the decisions behind it. The artefacts matter more than the certificate.

What you end up with

  • A series of real deliverables you can show anybody
  • Weekly structured feedback from an AI manager
  • A completion certificate documenting the experience
  • Eligibility for an Expert Review once the term has ended

What it isn't

It is a simulation and nobody should pretend otherwise. You do not get a reference from a real manager, a payslip, or an actual organisation's politics to navigate. If you can get a real internship, take it — for most people applying, the choice is between this and nothing.
