How it works

  1. Read the brief

    A real company situation with the ambiguity left in. You get the context a person in the role would have and none they would not — which means part of the task is working out what you are missing.

  2. Work with two AI colleagues

    They have their own positions and will disagree with you. Handling that is part of what is being measured, because most early-career work is decided in conversation rather than alone.

  3. Handle the change

    One constraint moves partway through — a deadline, a budget, a stakeholder's mind. What you do about it is the most informative thing in the whole exercise.

  4. Submit in any format

    Text, code, slides or wireframes. The format follows the task rather than the other way round.

What you end up with

  • Scores across seven capability dimensions — execution, communication, ownership, collaboration, leadership, learning ability and technical depth
  • Written feedback on the decisions you made, not just the answer you reached
  • The result on your profile, where recruiters searching on capability can find it

What it isn't

Sixty minutes measures judgement under pressure, which is not the same as depth. It will not show that you can sustain good work over months — that is what the internship is for.
