Content Policy

The short version

  • Most of what you make on Morrio is private. These rules apply to what you choose to publish.
  • A person at Morrio reads everything published here. Your work goes live straight away; the review happens after.
  • If something breaks a rule, we make it private and tell you which rule and why. Your work isn't deleted.
  • You can edit and publish again, or appeal within 30 days.

What these rules cover

Anything you make public: your profile and the résumé summary on it, your video intro, posts and comments, and a final presentation you choose to publish.

Your private work isn't held to these rules and isn't published anywhere: internship tasks and submissions, chats with your AI mentor, and weekly progress videos. Weekly progress videos are always private to your internship — they are never shown publicly, and nothing you record there is published to other members.

The rules

1. Be yourself, honestly

Your profile, video intro and work should represent you accurately.

Not allowed

  • Claiming credentials, employers or qualifications you don't have
  • Posing as another person, a company, or Morrio itself
  • Passing off someone else's work, writing or video as your own
  • Using someone else's face or voice in your video intro

Perfectly fine

  • Internship simulations described as what they are — practice, not employment
  • Work you made with the help of AI tools, as long as the thinking is yours

2. Treat people with respect

Disagree with ideas; don't attack people.

Not allowed

  • Attacks on people for their race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age or national origin
  • Targeted insults, threats or sustained pile-ons against a specific person
  • Sexual harassment of any kind
  • Sharing someone's private details — address, phone number, ID or financial information

3. Keep it safe for everyone

Morrio is open to learners from age 16, and some members are minors.

Not allowed

  • Sexual content involving minors, in any form, ever
  • Nudity, sexual content or sexually suggestive material
  • Graphic violence, or threats and encouragement of violence
  • Content that encourages or glorifies suicide, self-harm or eating disorders

Perfectly fine

  • Discussing mental health at work, including your own struggles, with care

4. Stay on the right side of the law

Nothing that facilitates crime or harm.

Not allowed

  • Selling or sourcing illegal drugs, weapons or stolen goods
  • Fraud schemes, money laundering, or help committing them
  • Recruitment for trafficking or exploitative work
  • Instructions for making weapons or breaking into systems you don't own

5. Post because you mean it

Morrio isn't a place to advertise, farm engagement or automate posts.

Not allowed

  • Repetitive or automated posting, engagement farming, or fake accounts
  • Unsolicited advertising, affiliate links or promotion unrelated to your work
  • Links to malware, phishing or scam sites

Perfectly fine

  • Sharing your own portfolio, GitHub or a project you're proud of

6. Write as you would at work

Recruiters read what you publish here. Aim for what you'd be comfortable showing them.

Not allowed

  • Sustained profanity or abuse in public posts, profiles or video intros
  • Content deliberately hostile to a workplace or its people

Perfectly fine

  • Strong opinions, disagreement and criticism, expressed civilly
  • Honest accounts of failure — the mistakes are half the point

How review works

A person at Morrio reads or watches everything published here. No automated system decides whether your work stays up.

Publishing is immediate — you don't wait for approval. If a reviewer finds something that breaks a rule, they make it private and you get a notice saying which rule, in the reviewer's own words. Your work is never deleted by this, and you keep access to it.

Serious cases are different. Content that sexualises minors, credible threats of violence, or activity that puts members at risk can lead to immediate removal and the loss of your account, as set out in the Terms of Service.

If you think we got it wrong

We will sometimes be wrong. You have 30 days to appeal, and a different person looks at it. Write to support@morrio.ai with what was made private and why you think it follows the rules.

You can also edit the content and publish it again at any time — that doesn't count against you.

Reporting something

If you see something here that breaks these rules, tell us at support@morrio.ai. Include a link. We look at every report, and we don't tell the other person who reported them.

These rules sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where the Terms and this page differ, the Terms apply.
